• As a Java Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust Java-based applications. Your responsibilities will span from understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. • Your day-to-day activities will involve deep engagement with our technology stack. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using Java and the J2EE framework. A significant part of your work will involve utilizing the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot for building microservices and Spring MVC for web applications. You will also work with ORM frameworks like Hibernate to interact with databases. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs will be a core function, ensuring seamless communication between different system components. You will be adept at working with data formats like JSON and interacting with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Furthermore, you will gain exposure to and contribute to our modern infrastructure and deployment practices. This includes working with messaging systems like Kafka for asynchronous communication, containerization technologies such as Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Version control using Git will be essential, and you will be involved in build automation with Maven and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, likely utilizing tools like Jenkins. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure will be highly beneficial as we continue to expand our cloud-native capabilities. We operate in an Agile development environment, so a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a collaborative spirit are crucial for success.

• This position is specifically open to candidates who are eligible for H-1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota, including OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, and E3 visa holders. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of real-time experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), Git, Maven, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
