  • • Drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with assigned partners in North Italy, focusing on increasing service adoption and revenue through strategic account planning and partner enablement.
  • • Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify high-potential partners, develop account plans tailored to partner engagement levels, and guide partners through onboarding, training, and enablement for Acronis’ cyber protection solutions.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle, driving satisfaction, retention, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and minimizing churn by aligning internal resources to support partner growth.
  • • Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority, ensure Partner Passport completion (minimum 80% fields filled), and leverage deep channel sales expertise to educate, evangelize, and commit partners to long-term success with Acronis’ integrated cyber protection platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, specifically in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development roles within a software vendor.
  • • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with a strong understanding of industry practices, protocols, and the cloud market business model.
  • • Fluency in both Italian and English (required for role in North Italy; note: posting contains conflicting language requirements mentioning Turkish, but Italian is explicitly required per location and role context).
  • • Strong presentation, communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with high discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
