- • As an Area Director, Enterprise Sales EMEA at Optro Inc., you will lead a team of 5-7 Account Executives to drive revenue growth in the enterprise segment across EMEA, contributing to Optro’s mission as a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 500.
- • Day to day, you will recruit and coach top sales talent, lead strategic deals to six- and seven-figure closures, drive account planning and execution, manage sales forecasting and territory assignments, negotiate pricing and contracts, engage with C-level prospects using MEDDICC and value-based selling, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and travel up to 30% for industry events and client meetings in a hybrid role based in London.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of related experience including 3+ years of direct full sales cycle experience selling enterprise B2B software, preferably in SaaS GRC, finance, ERP, CRM, or procurement sectors
- • 3+ years of people management experience with proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead quota-carrying sales teams
- • Experience leading sales in an early-stage, high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- • Experience scaling a sales team across EMEA, with focus on France, BENELUX, and Nordic regions
- • Proven ability to engage at C-suite level and drive strategic deals using MEDDICC and value-based selling methodologies
- • Experience selling through alliances and partners, with strong cross-organizational collaboration skills
