  • • The Manager, Account Development role at Precision for Medicine focuses on increasing market awareness, generating leads, and expanding the customer base for the Business Development Team through direct outreach via telephone, email, and direct mail.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and improving account development processes, establishing production metrics, collaborating with leadership on performance reviews and mentoring, conducting weekly territory planning calls, identifying potential clients using tools like Citeline, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, initiating sales processes, setting up meetings for BD representatives, maintaining activity records in Salesforce and HubSpot, mentoring new Inside Sales team members, and providing regular sales activity reports.
  • • Precision for Medicine is a global precision medicine clinical research services organization with over 2,000 professionals and 35 offices worldwide, dedicated to improving clinical research and development for new therapeutics through integrated clinical operations, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, particularly in oncology and rare disease.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop strategic account and territory plans, enhance outreach messaging using data-driven insights, contribute to process improvements, gain deep exposure to the oncology and rare disease markets, and build a pathway toward a career in Business Development through mentorship and hands-on experience with BD leadership.

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
  • • Full professional proficiency in English
  • • 5+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry
  • • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel including overnight stays
  • • Account development and sales experience (preferred)
  • • Postgraduate education (preferred)
