You will become a true product specialist, deeply understanding the nuances of our AI platform and translating its value proposition to meet the diverse needs of legal professionals.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to seamless renewal and proactive identification of upsell opportunities. You will manage the existing business funnel, conducting regular check-ins and insightful interviews to understand customer challenges and successes. This proactive engagement is crucial for ensuring our clients derive maximum value from Lexroom.ai and remain loyal advocates of our solution.
