• • As a Jr Manual QA Tester at Varicent Software Inc., you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of excellence for the Incentive product by ensuring consistency, reliability, and quality through systematic testing and evaluation.
• • Day to day, you will test new features, log defects, validate defect fixes, perform functional and regression testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, raise quality issues, deliver timely testing estimates, and ensure a great customer experience.
• • You will join a multidisciplinary, agile team of cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals at Varicent, a market leader in Sales Performance Management recognized by Forrester, Gartner, Ventana Research, and G2, trusted by global industry leaders.
• • In this role, you will grow your QA expertise by gaining hands-on experience with bug tracking tools, writing test cases, working in Agile environments, understanding SQL and REST technologies, and developing ownership of testing projects while contributing to best-in-class user experiences.
