📋 Description

• • Own the full lifecycle of integration projects on the Jitterbit platform, acting as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams across LATAM. You will translate complex ERP, CRM, e-commerce and legacy-system requirements into secure, scalable integration flows that move millions of transactions daily with sub-second latency and 99.9 % uptime.
• • Architect, build and maintain high-throughput REST APIs, message queues (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event streams that power real-time data exchange between cloud and on-premise environments. You will enforce OpenAPI 3.0, JSON Schema, OAuth 2.0, JWT and TLS 1.3 standards to guarantee security, compliance and rapid partner onboarding.
• • Debug and optimize existing integrations by diving deep into application logs, thread dumps, network traces and Jitterbit Cloud Console metrics. Within your first six months you are expected to cut error rates by 30 % through proactive monitoring, automated alerting, performance tuning and capacity forecasting.
• • Design reusable data-mapping templates, canonical schemas and micro-service blueprints that accelerate future projects and reduce time-to-value for new clients. Your artifacts will be stored in Git, peer-reviewed and published to an internal knowledge base for global reuse.
• • Collaborate in agile, cross-functional squads with developers, QA engineers, product owners and business analysts located in São Paulo, North America and APAC. You will run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives to deliver incremental value every two weeks.
• • Produce crystal-clear technical documentation—sequence diagrams, data lineage maps, run-books and test cases—that empowers L2 support teams and future analysts to maintain, extend and troubleshoot integrations without friction.
• • Monitor real-time dashboards (Grafana, New Relic, Jitterbit Cloud Console) to detect anomalies, forecast capacity needs and propose architecture improvements that cut cloud costs by up to 20 % while maintaining SLAs.
• • Champion continuous learning by hosting monthly knowledge-sharing sessions on new Jitterbit features, emerging integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, cloud-native) and DevOps best practices. Your sessions will be recorded and added to the company learning portal.
• • Partner with enterprise clients during discovery workshops to capture non-functional requirements (throughput, concurrency, latency, compliance, disaster recovery) and craft solution blueprints that win executive approval and secure multi-year contracts.
• • Implement automated unit, integration and regression tests using JUnit, Postman, Newman and the Jitterbit Test Framework, achieving >80 % code coverage and enabling fearless nightly CI/CD pipelines with zero-downtime blue-green deployments.
• • Provide tier-3 support for production incidents, participating in a rotating on-call schedule with clear escalation paths. You will lead blameless post-mortems that turn outages into learning opportunities, hardening the platform and improving run-books for the entire team.
• • Evaluate third-party SaaS connectors, custom SDKs and emerging iPaaS capabilities by running proof-of-concepts that validate security, scalability, licensing fit and ROI before full rollout to enterprise clients.
