- • The Junior Account Executive role at Panoptyc is a full-cycle sales position focused on driving revenue by closing deals with mid-market retail and grocery accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing loss prevention through visual AI and manual review technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include running discovery, demo, and closing calls with retail decision-makers; managing a pipeline of mid-market opportunities from qualified lead to closed-won; maintaining accurate CRM records; partnering with SDRs for smooth handoffs; building relationships with Loss Prevention and Operations leaders; gathering market intelligence on competitor activity and customer feedback; and ensuring seamless post-close handoff to Customer Success.
- • Panoptyc is a fully remote, rapidly growing company leveraging visual AI and human reviewers to detect theft across over 15,000 U.S. markets, serving clients ranging from Fortune 500 retailers to local businesses, with a strong emphasis on innovation, ownership, and data-driven sales execution.
- • In this role, you will develop mastery of complex B2B sales cycles, sharpen your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder organizations, build deep expertise in retail security and loss prevention, and grow into a top-performing sales professional through coaching, ownership of your book of business, and direct impact on company revenue goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in a closing sales role (SDR with closing experience, inside sales, or junior AE)
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals and managing a pipeline independently
- • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle from discovery through contract
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Highly organized approach to pipeline management and account prioritization
- • Familiarity with sales tech stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo)
