📋 Description

• As a Junior Account Manager at Prezzee, you will be the primary point of contact for existing UK clients, driving engagement, retention, and identifying growth opportunities in employee recognition, loyalty, and gifting solutions.
• Day to day, you will manage client relationships, understand their goals, act as first point of contact for enquiries and escalations, network within client organisations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on strategies and campaigns.
• You will join a global leader in digital gifting with operations across the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, France, Australia, and New Zealand, serving over 6 million customers and partnering with 1,500+ brands.
• In this role, you will develop commercial acumen, strengthen client relationship management skills, contribute to revenue targets, and grow your career through learning opportunities and cross-functional collaboration in a values-led, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Key Account Management with ability to demonstrate consistently hitting revenue targets
• Broad industry knowledge and experience, preferably within employee benefits, reward, loyalty or gift card space
• Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot experience desirable) and Microsoft Office
• Organisational excellence with ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
