📋 Description

• As a Junior Account Manager for the Long Tail segment in the UKI market, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and margin across an existing portfolio of accounts, helping clients maximize value from Perk’s travel and spend management platform while identifying expansion opportunities.
• You will own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers across the UKI market, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of customer businesses, and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience and drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
• Perk is a global intelligent platform for travel and spend management, trusted by over 10,000 companies worldwide, with more than 1,800 employees across 12 offices, headquartered in London and Boston, on a mission to eliminate shadow work and power real work with real impact.
• In this role, you will develop commercial acumen, strengthen stakeholder engagement skills, leverage data for business insights, and grow as a trusted advisor and product expert, with clear pathways to exceed growth targets and contribute to customer success at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing commercial role
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
• Strong prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills
• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or travel-tech environments is highly preferred
