📋 Description

• Be at the forefront of a new era in patient care as a Junior Clinical Fellow at Montu UK Limited, where you will support patients with complex and life-changing conditions through cannabis-based medicines in a rapidly evolving specialty.
• Conduct clinical reviews via video call, prescribe and tailor treatments, provide expert guidance, review CBPM prescriptions for safety, answer complex clinical queries, maintain accurate patient records per GMC standards, deliver education and training, and collaborate to improve clinical pathways and service outcomes.
• Join a passionate, forward-thinking clinical team in a growing field, working alongside experienced consultants, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary specialists in a hybrid London-based role with three days on site and two days remote per week, plus one Saturday per month on site (compensated with a day in lieu).
• Grow your clinical expertise in an innovative healthcare environment, contribute to meaningful patient outcomes, develop clinical pathways and education initiatives, and make a lasting impact while gaining experience in an emerging area of medicine.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered medical practitioner with the GMC and a full licence to practice
• Completion of Foundation Year 2 (F2) training or equivalent clinical experience including a placement in GP or A&E
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
• Highly effective at managing time and prioritising competing demands
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workflows
