📋 Description
- • As a Junior Corporate Sales Development Representative DACH (m/w/d) - Public Sector at SoSafe GmbH, you will play a vital role in expanding the company’s presence in the German-speaking public sector by identifying and engaging key decision-makers in IT security, directly contributing to the mission of making the digital world safer through Human Risk Management solutions.
- • You will drive early-stage sales activities by initiating contact with prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach, setting the foundation for successful customer acquisition in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting proactive phone and email outreach to public sector IT security stakeholders, leveraging social selling techniques to build relationships and generate interest in SoSafe’s award-winning awareness platform.
- • You will manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, ensuring timely engagement and accurate documentation in the CRM system to support seamless handover to Account Executives.
- • You will creatively apply ‘out of the box’ sales tactics to expand your pipeline, experimenting with messaging, timing, and channel strategies to improve response rates and conversion.
- • You will present SoSafe’s SaaS product via phone, online meetings, and in-person at events, tailoring your approach to address the specific cybersecurity and data protection challenges faced by public sector organizations.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, share insights from prospect interactions, and support the transition from lead to opportunity, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing sales motion.
- • You will continuously refine your sales techniques through feedback, training, and self-directed learning, developing expertise in cybersecurity solutions, consultative selling, and B2B sales processes within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

- • In this role, you will build foundational sales skills, gain deep exposure to the cybersecurity industry, and develop a performance-oriented mindset that accelerates your career growth in tech sales, with clear pathways to advance into Account Executive or other sales leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) with good English proficiency to effectively engage DACH public sector stakeholders
- • First experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus
- • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with at least 3 days per week in the Cologne office
- • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop personally and professionally
- • Performance-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets through disciplined goal tracking
- • Experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io) is a plus
