• • As a Junior Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting LTK's legal team and various business functions. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, customer agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, often utilizing standard templates and established company processes.
