• • As a Junior Creative Marketing Manager at TENTENS Tech, you will play a key role in driving the creative and performance marketing engine for social discovery platforms used by over 20 million users worldwide, directly impacting business outcomes through data-informed creative strategies.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include diving into creative factory and performance marketing processes, formulating hypotheses based on metrics rather than intuition, distinguishing between 'visually appealing' and 'effective' creatives, generating and testing high-impact ideas, providing clear briefs to designers, and scaling creative production while measuring impact on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
