  • • As a Community Associate in Email Support at Poshmark, you will provide front-line customer service via email to a vibrant community of fashion enthusiasts, ensuring timely, empathetic, and professional responses to inquiries about orders, accounts, and product education.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with users via email, troubleshoot order and account issues, gather community feedback, and strive to meet performance goals in volume, first response time, resolution rate, and Customer Effort Score while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
  • • You will join Poshmark’s global Community Support team, working remotely from Chennai with collaboration across US-based managers and peers, contributing to a mission-driven company that fosters self-expression and sustainable fashion through community connection.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong customer service expertise, gain proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and G-suite, build independence in handling Tier 1 cases, and have the opportunity to grow into mentorship and team initiative contributions over time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Based in Chennai, India
  • • 0-2.5 years of experience in customer service or community support, preferably in e-commerce or with US-based customers
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with attention to detail
  • • Strong Macbook navigation and typing skills
  • • Willingness to work holidays and weekends as required
  • • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
