- • As a Junior Performance Marketing Executive - Affiliates at FARFETCH UK Limited, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing the company’s global affiliate marketing channel, directly contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth for the luxury fashion platform by identifying, recruiting, and activating new affiliate partners while nurturing long-tail relationships.
- • You will support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in executing data-driven affiliate strategies that align with FARFETCH’s mission to connect creators, curators, and consumers through innovative, test-and-learn marketing initiatives rooted in a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- • Day to day, you will research and identify potential affiliate partners across blogs, content sites, coupon platforms, and influencer networks, evaluating their audience fit, traffic quality, and commercial potential to build a robust pipeline of new recruitment opportunities.
- • You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new affiliates, including contract coordination, tracking setup, creative asset distribution, and compliance checks, ensuring all partners are activated efficiently and in line with brand guidelines.
- • You will monitor and report on the performance of long-tail affiliates, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, AOV, and ROI to identify underperforming partners and recommend optimization strategies or sunset decisions.
- • You will collaborate with the creative and tech teams to develop and distribute tailored promotional materials, discount codes, and exclusive offers that incentivize affiliate-driven traffic and sales, ensuring timely delivery and tracking accuracy.
- • You will maintain accurate records in affiliate management platforms and internal dashboards, ensuring data integrity for forecasting, invoicing, and performance reviews, while supporting monthly reporting cycles for the wider marketing team.
- • You will stay abreast of industry trends in affiliate marketing, including emerging platforms, regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, ASA guidelines), and competitor activities, bringing insights to the team to inform strategic adjustments.
- • You will participate in regular team huddles, cross-functional meetings, and test-and-learn experiments, contributing ideas for new affiliate models, seasonal campaigns, or partnership types that align with FARFETCH’s luxury positioning and growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a similar analytics-driven role
- • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic statistical functions
- • Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten) or tracking platforms is a plus
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners
- • Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for fashion, technology, and data-driven decision making
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
