📋 Description

• • As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager at Glow25 GmbH, you will play a key role in scaling Paid Social campaigns across international markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering lasting glow moments through data-driven marketing in the beauty and pro-aging industry.
• • You will independently set up, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, analyse performance data to derive actionable insights, run A/B tests on creatives and audiences, support the testing and scaling of new channels like Outbrain and Affiliate, and collaborate closely with Creative, Copy, Data teams and external partners to execute high-performing campaigns across the customer journey.
