• • As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, acting as a crucial bridge between Saltz and the heart of the hospitality industry – the restaurants and their chefs. Your primary role will involve actively engaging with culinary professionals, introducing them to the unparalleled benefits of our platform and demonstrating how Saltz can significantly enhance their operations.
• • This is a field-based role, requiring you to be present where the culinary magic happens. You will be visiting restaurants and kitchens across Munich, building rapport with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers. Your objective is to understand their unique sourcing challenges and showcase how Saltz provides a seamless, reliable, and cost-effective solution.
• • You will be expected to manage a robust schedule of approximately 10-15 meetings per week. This involves not only securing these appointments but also diligently following up to ensure that every potential partner feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Saltz. Your proactive approach will be key to nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
• • Strategic planning will be an integral part of your role. You will be responsible for planning your weekly schedule, optimizing your time and resources to maximize your outreach and impact. While you will be given the autonomy to manage your workflow, guidance and support will be readily available to help you achieve and exceed your sales targets.
• • A core responsibility will be to conduct compelling demonstrations of the Saltz application. You will showcase, often within the chef's own environment, how our platform simplifies the ordering process, enhances ingredient discovery, and ensures reliability in supply chains. Your ability to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively will be paramount.
• • To ensure seamless collaboration and track progress, you will be utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other essential tools. We understand that not everyone is a CRM expert, so comprehensive training will be provided. Accurate and timely record-keeping will enable the entire Saltz team to offer you the best possible support and insights.
