  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own and drive the growth of Saltz.App within your designated city. This involves proactively identifying and engaging with new venues, from cozy neighborhood bistros to high-end Michelin-starred establishments. You will be the face of Saltz, meeting with chefs, restaurant owners, and managers to understand their sourcing challenges and demonstrate how our innovative app can streamline their operations and elevate their culinary offerings. We believe in empowering our team, and while we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, we also offer the autonomy to manage your own schedule and drive your own success.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will be dynamic and engaging. You'll spend significant time out in the field, immersed in the fast-paced world of restaurants and kitchens. Your mission is to connect with culinary professionals, introduce them to the Saltz marketplace, and showcase how our platform simplifies the ordering process, ensures reliability, and provides access to an unparalleled variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. You will be expected to manage approximately 10-15 meetings per week, diligently following up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into active users. Strategic planning will be a key component of your role; you'll be responsible for organizing your weekly schedule, setting priorities, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve and surpass ambitious targets.
  • • A crucial part of your role will involve conducting live demonstrations of the Saltz application. You will showcase its user-friendly interface, intuitive features, and the significant benefits it offers for ingredient sourcing. You'll learn to leverage our CRM system and other essential tools to meticulously track your progress, manage your pipeline, and ensure that every interaction is logged, allowing the wider team to provide seamless support. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives on building connections and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling business. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the gastronomy or hospitality sector (e.g., kitchen management, bar management, concierge, or sales internships).
  • • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly chefs and restaurant managers.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • • High degree of self-motivation, organization, and a proactive approach to managing your schedule and achieving targets.
  • • Fluency in both spoken and written German and English.
