- • Your primary mission will be to introduce the Saltz.App to new gastronomy businesses, engaging directly with chefs and managers. You'll explain the value proposition of our platform, demonstrating how it simplifies their sourcing processes and enhances their culinary creativity. From cozy lunch spots to Michelin-starred establishments, every venue is a potential partner.
- • You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, conducting approximately 10-15 appointments per week. This involves not only securing initial meetings but also diligently following up to nurture relationships and guide potential clients towards successful onboarding.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to present live demonstrations of the Saltz-App directly within the restaurant or kitchen environment. This hands-on approach allows chefs to see the platform's benefits in action and understand how it can be seamlessly integrated into their daily operations.
- • You will independently plan your weekly schedule, optimizing your routes and appointment timings to maximize efficiency and achieve your sales targets. While you'll have the autonomy to structure your day, you will also receive comprehensive coaching and support to ensure your success.
- • We utilize a CRM system to track your progress, manage client interactions, and provide transparency to the team. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior CRM experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and utilize these tools is essential.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the gastronomy or hospitality industry (e.g., chef, bar manager, concierge), demonstrating an understanding of the fast-paced nature of the sector.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, conduct confident conversations, listen actively, solve problems, and present professionally.
- • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to independently plan and manage your schedule, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
