- • Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and identify new clients across a diverse range of industries, including recycling, agriculture, construction, transportation, asphalt production, crushing operations, and many more. This involves a proactive approach to market penetration and business development, understanding the unique needs of each sector.
- • A core aspect of this role is the art of building relationships from scratch. You will be tasked with establishing trust and rapport with potential clients, understanding their operational challenges, and positioning Solenis's innovative lubrication solutions as the ideal answer. - • You will be trained and empowered to apply Solenis's proven "Gears of Selling" methodology. This structured sales approach is designed to effectively convert leads into loyal, long-term customers. Mastering this methodology will be key to your success and will provide you with a robust framework for your sales activities.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting professional and engaging product demonstrations and presentations. You will need to clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our lubrication products, tailoring your message to the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
- • Beyond acquiring new business, you will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This involves regular follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- • Efficiently manage your daily activities, including appointments, sales opportunities, and follow-up tasks, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Proficiency in using technology, including tablets and various applications, is essential for effective territory management and reporting.
- • You will work closely with your managers, especially during your initial year, receiving dedicated support and guidance. This collaborative approach ensures you have the resources and mentorship needed to navigate the learning curve and accelerate your development.
