📋 Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets in the oncology therapeutic area.
  • Identify and contact potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector, including physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively present Lilly’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing of sales.
  • Provide accurate market and competitive intelligence to support sales planning and product positioning.
  • Participate in industry events, medical congresses, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and accurate sales forecasts to support regional and corporate planning.
  • Travel within the assigned territory of Barcelona and the Balearic Islands to meet with healthcare clients and attend events.
  • Maintain compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage customer data, sales reports, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, autonomy, and resilience in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs and marketing to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Lilly’s commitment to ethical standards and patient-centered care.
  • Stay informed about oncology treatment advancements and therapeutic guidelines to provide accurate, up-to-date information to healthcare professionals.

🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in Health Sciences or postgraduate studies in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license
