- • As a Junior Sales Specialist - Account Growth, you will play a key role in expanding Fresha’s revenue by nurturing and growing relationships with existing beauty and wellness business partners in Riyadh and beyond.
- • Day to day, you will engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, drive platform adoption, improve retention, and support monetization of Fresha’s all-in-one SaaS and payments platform.
- • You will work closely with the Head of Account Management, Sales, and Onboarding teams to execute growth strategies, manage account health, and ensure customers realize maximum value from Fresha’s ecosystem.
- • This role offers the chance to develop expertise in SaaS sales, account management, and customer success within a high-growth, AI-powered global platform serving 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals.
- • You will build long-term partnerships, contribute to Fresha’s mission of powering the beauty and wellness industry, and grow your career in a dynamic, international environment with clear progression paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and manage relationships with salon, spa, fitness, and wellness business owners and managers.
- • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for engaging with local clients in Riyadh.
- • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
