- • As a Junior Specialist, Experience on a 16-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and positive experiences for both customers and supported employees, directly contributing to Pebl’s mission of enabling compliant, risk-free global hiring through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™.
- • You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and supported employees across multiple regions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy while meeting service level agreements (SLAs), resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ownership through resolution to build trust and long-term relationships.
- • You will own end-to-end HR support for Pebl’s Korea entity, acting as the Market Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Korean labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements, providing accurate guidance on local regulations and supporting day-to-day operations, employee inquiries, and HR processes specific to the Korean market.
- • You will manage and resolve HR support tickets for both Korea and global markets using ticket-based systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent service, partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, and maintaining high-quality case documentation within CRM and support platforms to enable traceability and continuous improvement.
- • You will monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, documentation, and self-service resources, creating and updating internal knowledge bases to reduce repeat inquiries and support scalability of HR and customer support operations.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams across functions to align on global priorities, flex support as needed for international HR operations, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices that elevate the overall employee and customer experience.
- • You will develop deep expertise in global HR operations and cross-border workforce management, gaining hands-on experience with Pebl’s services and compliance framework across 185+ countries, while building transferable skills in customer advocacy, process optimization, and international HR support within a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and internal teams across regions.
- • Proven experience in customer service, HR operations, or HR support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, with demonstrated ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- • Familiarity with Korean labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Korea entity.
- • Experience working in a ticket-based support environment (e.g., using CRM or support tools like DevRev, Superblocks, Airtable, or similar) to manage and document HR and customer inquiries.
- • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, especially in high-pressure situations, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global, cross-functional team, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
