- • The Junior Technology Project Manager (Analyst) supports the delivery of technology initiatives within Accordion’s Global Technology organization, taking ownership of small to medium-sized projects such as internal process improvements and deployment of small-scale enterprise applications under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading small-scale projects from initiation to closeout, developing and maintaining project plans and risk registers, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, preparing status updates for leadership, collaborating with business and technical teams to document requirements and validate outcomes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- • Accordion Partners is a private equity value creation partner headquartered in New York with 10 global offices, backed by premier private equity firms, and composed of 1,400+ finance and technology experts focused on driving end-to-end value creation for CFOs through data, technology, and AI.
- • The role offers hands-on experience leading technology initiatives, exposure to project management frameworks in a fast-paced professional services environment, and the opportunity to build a career in technology project and program management while working in a supportive, collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience in a technology environment; business analyst experience preferred
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project, plus ticketing systems like Jira or Azure DevOps
- • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) and high-level understanding of coding platforms, system integrations, test case creation, and QA/UAT testing
