- • Fresh Prints Inc. is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Training Associate to join our dynamic Growth Team. This pivotal role is instrumental in shaping the success of our rapidly expanding custom apparel startup by empowering and guiding our network of student entrepreneurs, known as Campus Managers. You will be at the forefront of our mission to foster student entrepreneurship, directly impacting both the growth of our business and the future careers of hundreds of collegiate individuals. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-paced environment where your efforts in training and support directly translate into tangible sales figures and the development of future business leaders. As a key member of the team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring our Campus Managers are well-equipped, motivated, and on track to achieve their sales targets, thereby driving over $20 million in sales over the next twelve months.
- • As a Junior Training Associate, your daily responsibilities will be multifaceted and crucial to the seamless operation of our training programs. You will engage daily with Campus Manager Trainees through various communication channels, including email, text, and phone calls, providing them with essential guidance, unwavering support, and timely updates to keep them informed and motivated. A significant part of your role will involve managing the day-to-day operational aspects required to successfully execute the Campus Manager training program, ensuring all logistical and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. You will act as a mentor to these trainees, instilling in them an entrepreneurial mindset and providing them with the tools and encouragement needed to launch and grow their businesses effectively within their respective campuses. Furthermore, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of each trainee, providing structured and constructive feedback, and making informed graduation decisions. This requires a delicate balance between maintaining the high quality of our training program and managing the volume of trainees, ensuring that every individual receives the attention and support they need to succeed while also upholding program standards.
