• • *Solution Design & Value Creation:**
• • Collaborate intimately with internal practices, such as Cloud and ITSM, to co-develop cutting-edge transformation offerings that address evolving market needs and client challenges.
• • Skillfully translate complex business and IT requirements into clear, compelling value propositions and precisely defined project scopes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• • Actively contribute to the development of reusable approaches, standardized templates, and robust frameworks that can be applied across various transformation projects, including but not limited to ITSM transformations and cloud migration strategies.
• • Support the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and business value of transformation initiatives.
• • *Change Management & Communication:**
• • Play a crucial role in supporting clients throughout their change journey by meticulously preparing essential communication materials, facilitating engaging workshops, and designing effective training sessions.
• • Proactively identify potential adoption challenges and roadblocks, proposing practical and innovative solutions to overcome them and ensure smooth transitions.
• • Master the art of translating intricate technical concepts and process changes into clear, concise, and engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences, from executive leadership to end-users.
• • Contribute significantly to stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of comprehensive change management plans.
• • *Client Partnership & Engagement Delivery:**
• • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout transformation initiatives.
• • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ overarching business goals and strategic objectives, aligning proposed solutions with the capabilities of the Atlassian stack and related technologies.
• • Provide essential support to delivery teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, the achievement of high-quality outcomes, and ultimately, client satisfaction and success.
• • Contribute actively to the coordination and overall success of transformation projects, with a sharp focus on delivering measurable business value and tangible results.
• • *Business Development & Account Growth:**
• • Support strategic planning activities and proposal development efforts in close collaboration with the sales team and senior consultants, contributing to new business wins.
• • Identify and nurture opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Valiantys' services and solutions within assigned client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• • Assist in the development of compelling go-to-market assets, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations, that clearly articulate our capabilities and value proposition.
• • *Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:**
• • Act as a valuable sparring partner for colleagues, actively contributing to knowledge growth, sharing best practices, and supporting professional development within the team.
• • Share market trends, client insights, and lessons learned internally to enhance our offering development, refine delivery practices, and maintain our position as industry leaders.
