- • As a Key Account and Access Manager (KAAM) at Cytokinetics, you will drive access, adoption, and sustained growth of cardiovascular medicines across the UK healthcare ecosystem by partnering with key decision-makers in Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and provider organisations to ensure appropriate reimbursement, positioning, and utilisation of therapies within local care pathways.
- • Day to day, you will deliver territory performance against KPIs, own and grow strategic accounts through needs-led engagement with HCPs and clinical influencers, develop and execute market access strategies aligned to NHS priorities, conduct compliant promotional conversations using approved materials, manage local territory budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and national access teams to deliver integrated customer experiences and co-create pathway solutions.
