- • The Key Account Director at Pfizer is responsible for driving sales and growth in Biosimilars – Oncology and Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) products by managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, and other key stakeholders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing customer business plans, conducting monthly business reviews, managing contracts, collaborating with internal teams (BU Lead, Contracting, Trade), and providing leadership to cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to resolve customer issues and drive alignment.
- • The role operates within Pfizer’s U.S. pharmaceutical organization, focusing on complex healthcare accounts in Puerto Rico with a preference for local candidates residing in San Juan, requiring frequent collaboration across internal functions and occasional travel to the U.S. for meetings and training.
- • The individual will develop expertise in strategic account management, contract negotiation, value-based selling, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to Pfizer’s growth in competitive biosimilar markets and gaining experience in healthcare commercial operations within a regulated, matrixed organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of successful healthcare sales experience with proven results
- • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- • Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 7 years)
- • Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed; occasional travel to the U.S. for meetings and training

- • Annual base salary range of $139,100.00 to $231,900.00
- • Eligibility for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of base salary
