Key Account Executive (Farmer)

📋 Description

• • As a Key Account Executive (Farmer) at Brambles Limited, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by combining hands-on commercial execution with strategic partnership building, directly contributing to CHEP’s mission of moving goods more efficiently, safely, and sustainably across 60 countries using its 347 million pallets, crates, and containers.
• • Day to day, you will build and sustain strong customer relationships, act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution, identify growth opportunities, pursue new business leads, conduct regular business reviews, manage tenders and negotiate contracts, monitor account performance using KPIs and NPS, oversee annual audit processes for compliance and equipment fee recovery, lead initiatives to reduce transport costs and improve supply chain efficiency, and support sustainability integration with customers.
• • You will join a global organization of approximately 13,000 people operating in 60 countries, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Category Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Digital, CX, Finance, and Retail to design and execute strategic plans that drive customer growth, cost efficiency, and seamless delivery.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative selling, data-driven decision making, Joint Business Planning (JBP), stakeholder mapping, digital solution adoption, and sustainability integration, while enhancing your skills in Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and CRM management, and gaining experience in forecasting, negotiation with senior executives, and cross-functional project coordination.
