- • As a Key Account Manager at Lexroom Srl, you will serve as the strategic point of reference for enterprise and top-tier clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle—from pre-sales collaboration with the sales team, to seamless project launch, and ongoing post-go-live monitoring to ensure measurable business impact and long-term satisfaction.
- • You will build and sustain deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across legal departments, law firms, and corporate clients, aligning their strategic goals with Lexroom.ai’s AI-powered legal solutions to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- • Your day-to-day will include overseeing end-to-end onboarding and project delivery, ensuring smooth transitions, proactive issue resolution, and consistent value realization through tailored implementation and adoption support.
- • You will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client usage, feedback, and business needs, driving renewals and growth while maintaining high Net Promoter Scores and customer satisfaction.
- • Acting as the voice of the customer, you will systematically collect qualitative and quantitative insights from client interactions to inform product development, marketing messaging, and operational improvements, ensuring Lexroom.ai evolves in lockstep with market needs.
- • You will prepare and deliver performance dashboards, track key KPIs (including adoption, retention, expansion revenue, and satisfaction metrics), and conduct impactful business reviews that demonstrate ROI and strengthen executive-level partnerships.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations—to translate client feedback into actionable roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies that enhance solution relevance and competitiveness.
- • You will contribute to a high-performance culture rooted in rigor, curiosity, and ambition, where your work directly shapes the future of legal AI in Europe and helps set new standards for trust, clarity, and efficiency in legal technology.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling, stakeholder management, and data-driven customer success skills, gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal tech and enterprise sales motions while growing into a trusted advisor and potential future leader within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles, preferably with enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including navigating complex organizational structures and influencing decision-makers.
- • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion, with the ability to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- • Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with local and international clients and internal teams.
- • A proactive, consultative mindset focused on delivering measurable client impact, with strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
- • A legal background or familiarity with legal workflows, document review, or legal tech is considered a strong plus but not required.
