- • As a Key Account Manager at Katapult Labs, Inc., you will build and own the B2B wholesale channel from the ground up for a fast-growing, venture-backed electrolyte hydration brand targeting active, health-conscious consumers in Spain and beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting high-potential accounts across hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, and corporate channels; presenting the brand story and commercial proposition to decision-makers; negotiating pricing and partnership terms; managing long-term relationships to drive retention and expansion; maintaining CRM hygiene and commercial reporting; gathering customer insights to inform internal strategy; and collaborating with Brand, Growth, and Operations teams to scale the B2B channel.
- • You will join a lean, early-stage team of seven at a mission-driven company creating premium, sugar-free electrolyte sachets positioned at the intersection of wellness and athletic performance, with direct access to the CEO and significant autonomy to shape strategy and execution.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop end-to-end commercial expertise in a high-growth startup environment, including building scalable sales processes, mastering strategic account management, influencing product and marketing strategy through customer insights, and earning real equity while helping establish one of Europe’s most exciting consumer brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or B2B Sales, ideally within wellness, hospitality, fitness, consumer goods, food & beverage or lifestyle brands.
- • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to create trust with partners and decision-makers.
- • Commercially sharp and comfortable discussing pricing, margins, commercial agreements and account profitability.
- • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple accounts, CRM systems and commercial reporting.
- • Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, customer needs and ways to improve the business beyond the immediate sale.
- • Self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
- • Comfortable using AI and modern tools to research prospects, prepare outreach, analyse information and work efficiently.
- • Native-level Spanish and fluent English required.
