- • The Key Account Manager, Natural Channel role at The Coca-Cola Company’s Advanced Hydration division is critical to driving growth and strategic partnerships with key retail accounts such as Sprouts, KeHe, and Whole Foods, directly impacting the success of brands like BODYARMOR, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute annual business plans, negotiating partnership agreements, managing joint business processes, analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) to inform strategy, and overseeing performance reporting to meet revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- • The Advanced Hydration division operates with an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture focused on innovation and collaboration, where employees are challenged to think differently and act with agility in a dynamic category shaped by evolving consumer health and wellness trends.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic account management, cross-functional leadership, data-driven storytelling, and executive-level negotiation, while gaining visibility into national retail strategy and contributing to the long-term success of Coca-Cola’s hydration portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
- • 5 Years National Account Management experience required
- • Experience managing Joint Business Planning (JBPs) processes required
- • Experience developing collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers required
- • Ability to utilize and analyze syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) to derive insights and support decision-making
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% by car and plane

- • Competitive base pay range of $119,000 - $145,800
- • Annual incentive target of 15% of base salary
