- • As a Key Account Manager at iRhythm Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s highest-volume accounts by building and sustaining long-term customer relationships while ensuring superior support and service delivery.
- • Day to day, you will strategically partner with the Sales organization, monitor account performance through KPIs like registration volume and device inventory, serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (including billing, clinical operations, and finance), train customers on iRhythm tools such as ZioSuite and MyZio, resolve issues promptly, and lead or participate in strategic initiatives and Quarterly Business Reviews.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • At least 3 years in account management or customer success supporting large or complex accounts
- • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology
- • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), reporting systems, and Microsoft Office
- • Willingness to travel up to 20%
