As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most important enterprise clients, driving growth and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

- • In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Careem Express's reach beyond food delivery into diverse sectors such as e-commerce, grocery, and other non-food B2B segments. Your success will directly contribute to the growth and strategic expansion of this key vertical.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end business development cycle for new accounts across the UAE. This includes proactive prospecting, identifying target clients, crafting compelling pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth go-live process for new partners.
- • A significant part of your role will involve nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing Tier 1 clients. You will be expected to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure their continued satisfaction and success with Careem Express services.
- • You will be tasked with achieving ambitious monthly revenue targets, both from acquiring new B2B clients and from growing the business with our established partners. This requires a strategic approach to sales and a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- • Strong commercial acumen is essential. You will lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Careem Express's business objectives and profitability goals.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure that our service offerings and commercial proposals are competitive and meet client expectations. This involves providing insights into client requirements and coordinating support to facilitate successful pitches.
- • You will also liaise with the legal department to ensure timely and efficient closure of contracts, managing the legal aspects of client agreements with precision and diligence.
- • The role demands a proactive business development mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in operational execution. You need to be adept at identifying new opportunities while ensuring the seamless delivery of services.
- • As a target-oriented problem solver, you will be expected to navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and consistently drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- • Key metrics for success will include the number of new orders, revenue generated from both existing and new clients, gross profit percentage, overall gross revenue growth, and daily order volume growth. Your performance will be directly measured against these critical business indicators.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of Account Management/Sales experience, preferably from the non-food B2B, e-commerce, or on-demand logistics industry.
