- • Own and grow a portfolio of India’s most influential sports advertisers—ranging from unicorn start-ups to Fortune 500 brands—by acting as their single-point-of-contact and strategic growth partner at Jiostar.
- • Deliver exponential YoY revenue growth (30 %+ target) by orchestrating end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, needs diagnosis, solution design, negotiation, campaign execution, and post-campaign upsell.
- • Translate complex marketing objectives into integrated TV + digital media blueprints that leverage our broadcast inventory, OTT placements, sponsorship pods, and branded content studios to hit KPIs across reach, frequency, and ROAS.
- • Build multi-threaded relationships across C-suite founders, growth CMOs, media heads, and procurement teams; map decision hierarchies and maintain a live CRM heat-map to ensure zero account churn and 100 % renewal rates.
- • Convert emerging mid-tier advertisers into long-term strategic partners by demonstrating incremental ROI through pilot campaigns, performance guarantees, and flexible inventory bundling.
- • Collaborate with internal yield, programming, and data science teams to craft bespoke packages around marquee sports properties (IPL, FIFA, Pro-Kabaddi, MotoGP) and micro-targeted digital segments.
- • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Leadership, presenting funnel health, revenue risk flags, and mitigation plans; maintain >3× pipeline coverage at all times.
- • Ensure flawless campaign operations: pre-empt under-delivery, secure creative approvals 48 hrs in advance, and coordinate with Ad-Ops for real-time optimization and make-goods when needed.
- • Champion a data-driven narrative in every client interaction—utilize Brand Lift Studies, attribution dashboards, and cohort analyses to prove media efficacy and unlock larger budgets.
- • Publish quarterly “State of Sports Marketing” insights deck for clients, spotlighting consumption trends, platform benchmarks, and emerging sponsorship formats to position Jiostar as the thought leader.
- • Mentor junior account executives by sharing best practices on objection handling, pricing psychology, and consultative storytelling, thereby raising overall team win-rates.
- • Represent Jiostar at industry forums, startup demo-days, and sports sponsorship summits to generate inbound leads and strengthen employer brand equity.
