- • As a Key Account Manager for Vision Care in the Northeast Region at Alcon Inc., you will manage a portfolio of accounts valued between $15–$40 million, driving category growth, profitability, market share, and revenue through strategic account planning and execution under the direction of the Executive Sales Director.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing key account relationships, developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement, driving sales and promotional initiatives, preparing and negotiating contracts, analyzing market and competitive intelligence, organizing customer events, contributing to CRM data accuracy, and leading the development of strategic and tactical account plans to maximize profitability and revenue growth.
- • You will operate within Alcon’s U.S. Vision Care Key Accounts team, supporting the company’s mission as a global leader in eye care to help people see brilliantly through innovation, speed, and progress, while fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse talent.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic account management, contract negotiation, market analysis, stakeholder mapping, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to grow your career through focused development programs and contribute meaningfully to improving patient outcomes and commercial success in the vision care space.
