- • As a Key Accounts Executive at Unilever PLC, you will drive sales and distribution for the company’s products in the Dets & Food category, managing your allocated territory and customer relationships to support market growth and brand presence.
- • Day to day, you will achieve sales targets through personal selling in the market, drive the RS (Retailer Sales) system, analyze competitive positioning, negotiate with retail stakeholders, monitor RS and sales team performance, and organize promotional activities within budget limits.
- • You will join Unilever’s purpose-led business in Punjab, working with globally loved brands that improve daily lives for millions of Indian households, supported by mentorship and a culture that values innovation, inclusion, and business as a force for good.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in channel sales, ROI calculations, distributor management, and sales planning while enhancing communication and negotiation skills, contributing to Unilever’s growth and your professional advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in General Trade, Channel Sales, ROI calculations, and distributor handling
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Sales
- • Required: Minimum Fulltime Graduation
- • Excellent skills in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management
- • Well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning
- • Conducting promotional activities & execution
- • Decent communication in English and local language desired
