  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and meticulously execute comprehensive account strategies. These strategies will be geared towards significantly expanding our market share by deeply embedding Promethean's innovative hardware and software into the fabric of our clients' operations. You will be the central point of contact, the trusted advisor, and the strategic partner for these key accounts, ensuring their evolving needs are precisely met by our cutting-edge offerings.
  • • This role demands a proactive and consultative approach. You will be expected to deeply understand the unique challenges and objectives of each client, whether they are educational institutions striving to enhance student engagement, businesses aiming to foster more dynamic teamwork, or universities seeking to modernize their learning environments. By thoroughly understanding their landscape, you will expertly align Promethean's solutions to deliver tangible value and measurable outcomes.
  • • A critical aspect of your success will involve orchestrating and coordinating a diverse range of internal cross-functional resources. This includes collaborating closely with our sales teams to identify new opportunities within existing accounts, working with channel partners to ensure seamless delivery and support, partnering with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and collateral, engaging with product teams to provide crucial market feedback, and liaising with professional development specialists to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our technologies.
  • • You will manage the entire customer lifecycle for your assigned accounts, from initial engagement and onboarding through to ongoing support, renewal, and expansion. This holistic approach ensures a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures within client institutions and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels will be paramount.
  • • The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving ambitious sales targets within their designated accounts. This requires a keen business acumen, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to articulate the ROI and strategic benefits of Promethean's solutions with clarity and conviction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts, preferably within the B2B technology, SaaS, or EdTech sectors.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • • Strong understanding of consultative selling principles and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
