  • • As a Key Sales Executive (Hunter) at Brambles Limited, you will drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities in Chile, directly contributing to CHEP’s mission of moving goods more efficiently and sustainably across the globe through its innovative share-and-reuse model.
  • • You will develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence, meet growth targets, and build long-term partnerships that enhance supply chain efficiencies and reduce environmental impact for global brands.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactive prospecting via visits, calls, networking, and events; mapping decision-making structures; leading full sales cycles from diagnosis to closure; creating customized value propositions; negotiating contracts with senior executives; maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast data; preparing business cases, ROI models, and executive presentations; analyzing market trends and competitor activity; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • • You will join a global organization of approximately 13,000 employees operating in 60 countries, where sustainability, innovation, and customer partnership are core values, and where your hunter mindset—proactivity, resilience, and influence—will be critical to opening new markets and accelerating commercial growth.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative B2B sales skills, deepen expertise in data-driven selling using Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools, strengthen financial acumen through ROI modeling and forecasting, and grow as a trusted advisor to senior logistics and supply chain decision-makers, positioning yourself for long-term career advancement within a purpose-driven, international enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated focus on new business acquisition
  • • Intermediate to advanced conversational English proficiency
  • • Own reliable transportation (indispensable for client visits and market development)
