📋 Description
- • Land Acquisition Team Member – Midland, TX: Support real estate workstreams across multiple large-scale projects, land campaigns, and acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on developing innovative energy solutions and modern infrastructure.
- • Contribute to land acquisition processes including site due diligence, title and survey matters, negotiation of land agreements (leases, purchase agreements, easements), administration of land documents and GIS tools, management of third-party land agents, maintenance of site control trackers and Power BI tools, community engagement with landowners, and preparation of land acquisition budgets and executive materials.
- • Intersect Technologies, Inc. is a mission-driven company developing, constructing, and operating ambitious power and data infrastructure, recently agreed to be acquired by Google in December 2025 to accelerate energy development and data center capacity, while maintaining operational independence under the Intersect brand.
- • The role offers opportunity to gain end-to-end experience in full-cycle land acquisition for renewable energy and data center projects, develop expertise in GIS and Power BI tools, strengthen stakeholder and landowner relationship management, and contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects supporting national energy innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, finance, economics, or a related field
- • 1+ years of experience in real estate, the energy industry, management consulting, finance, or a related industry
- • 1+ years of project management experience
- • Expertise using Microsoft Excel or other modeling programs
- • Familiarity with land, environmental policy, law, or renewable energy
- • Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS software
