📋 Description
- • As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with Fortune 100 and global enterprise brands, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unifying customer experience management through its AI-native platform.
- • You will engage C-suite executives including CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs to understand complex business challenges and position Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM solutions as strategic enablers for marketing, service, advertising, and contact center transformation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking and referrals, conducting discovery sessions to uncover client needs, delivering tailored solution presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closed-won deals.
- • You will continuously deepen your expertise in the customer experience technology landscape by monitoring industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging use cases to maintain a competitive edge in consultative selling.
- • You will actively seek and incorporate feedback from leadership, peers, and clients to refine your approach, enhance your consultative skills, and uphold Sprinklr’s culture of character-driven excellence and continuous improvement.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and solutions engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and post-sale alignment, reinforcing Sprinklr’s commitment to customer obsession and long-term value delivery.
- • Sprinklr is a trusted partner to over 1,900 enterprises, including 60% of the Fortune 100, and operates at the forefront of the Unified-CXM category — offering you the opportunity to sell a differentiated, AI-native platform that breaks down organizational silos and enables real-time, omnichannel customer engagement.
- • The company fosters a high-performance, values-driven culture rooted in curiosity, coachability, and genuine care — where top performers are recognized for their energy, commitment, and ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships that drive mutual success.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales acumen, master complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and gain deep exposure to AI-powered CX technology — positioning yourself as a leader in the evolving customer experience market while contributing to Sprinklr’s vision of redefining how global brands connect with their audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise-level software or SaaS solutions, including proven success in complex, multi-year deals involving C-suite stakeholders.
- • Consistent track record of ranking in the top 10% of sales performers in your current or previous organization, demonstrating quota attainment, deal size, and revenue impact.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives (CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, SVPs) and influence decision-making across global brands.
- • Deep curiosity and self-driven learning mindset — actively staying current on industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer experience technologies to maintain a consultative sales edge.
- • Strong work ethic, coachability, and resilience — committed to continuous improvement through feedback and unafraid to take initiative in ambiguous, high-stakes sales environments.
- • Current and unrestricted work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary range of $121,000–$201,000, supplemented by eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commission plans, and equity participation based on performance and role.
- • Comprehensive US-based benefits package including 401(k) with 100% vested company contributions, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, life and disability insurance.
- • Flexible paid time off, company holidays, and generous caregiver and parental leave policies to support work-life integration and mental well-being.
- • Access to Sprinklr’s open Mentoring Program, designed to foster meaningful professional connections, accelerate growth, and reinforce a culture of learning and accountability.
- • Commitment to employee well-being through voluntary healthcare coverage (where applicable) and organizational emphasis on taking time off to recharge and sustain long-term performance.
