- • As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr, you will drive revenue by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with Fortune 100 companies in your assigned territory, working directly with C-suite executives including CMOs, CTOs, COOs, and CIOs to deliver Unified Customer Experience Management solutions.
- • Your day-to-day involves proactive prospecting, building multi-stakeholder relationships, understanding client needs, and leveraging consultative sales techniques to position Sprinklr’s AI-native platform as the strategic solution for breaking down organizational silos and enabling seamless customer engagement across social, marketing, advertising, feedback, and contact center channels.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing tech company trusted by over 1,900 enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100, where innovation is fueled by a culture of customer obsession, continuous learning, and character-led leadership.
- • In this role, you will refine your enterprise sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of the CX technology landscape, and achieve top-tier performance by mastering complex, long-cycle SaaS deals while contributing to Sprinklr’s vision of unifying fragmented customer experiences globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise-level software or SaaS solutions
- • Proven track record as a top 10% performer in your current sales organization
- • Demonstrated success selling to C-suite executives (CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs) in large enterprises
- • Strong ability to build and nurture multi-stakeholder relationships and influence decision-makers
- • Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- • Current and unrestricted work authorization in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
