- • As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr, you will drive revenue by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with Fortune 100 companies, working directly with C-suite executives to deliver Unified Customer Experience Management solutions.
- • Your day-to-day involves prospecting, building relationships with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders, understanding complex business needs, and positioning Sprinklr’s AI-native platform to solve enterprise-wide challenges in social, marketing, service, and insights.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing SaaS company trusted by 1,900+ enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100, where innovation, customer obsession, and integrity are core to the culture.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, master complex deal cycles, and grow into a top-tier strategic advisor to global brands while contributing to Sprinklr’s vision of unifying customer experience across every touchpoint.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise-level software or SaaS solutions
- • Proven track record as a top 10% performer in your current or previous sales role
- • Demonstrated success selling to and influencing C-suite executives (CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs) in large enterprises
- • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for enterprise-wide deals
- • Strong understanding of the customer experience (CX) landscape and how digital transformation impacts marketing, service, and brand strategy
- • Self-motivated, curious, and coachable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and industry awareness
