- • The Lawyer Support Associate role is a pivotal 6-month fixed term contract position at Woodstock Legal Services, part of the Lawhive Group, where you will serve as the operational backbone enabling lawyers to focus on delivering expert legal advice by managing compliance, file administration, and consultant support.
- • This role matters because it directly impacts the efficiency and client experience of a forward-thinking legal practice that values innovation, people-first culture, and seamless service delivery in a rapidly evolving legal tech environment.
- • Day to day, you will send ID checks and client care letters via the Legl e-verification system, troubleshoot client issues, and review verification results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- • You will certify ID for clients using paper-based checks, learn what constitutes valid ID and source of funds documentation, and maintain meticulous records to meet regulatory standards.
- • You will open and manage new legal files in LEAP, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately and supporting both consultants and the internal legal team with timely file setup.
- • You will help onboard new consultants by providing professional, friendly support, building strong working relationships across the business, and responding to queries via email, phone, or Teams with clarity and empathy.
- • You will collaborate with teammates to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively identify gaps in processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

- • Experience working within an admin, operational, or customer support role
- • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
- • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
