- • Serve as the primary point of contact for lawyers at Woodstock Legal Services, providing operational and administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of legal services
- • Manage client compliance processes by initiating and tracking ID verification checks through the Legl e-verification system, resolving issues, and reviewing verification outcomes
- • Conduct paper-based ID certification for clients, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements for identity and source of funds
- • Open and maintain legal client files in the LEAP case management system, verifying that all mandatory compliance steps are accurately completed prior to file activation
- • Provide administrative support to both consultant lawyers and the internal legal team by managing file documentation, deadlines, and internal communications
- • Onboard new consultant lawyers by guiding them through platform usage, compliance protocols, and internal workflows, ensuring a smooth transition into the Woodstock ecosystem
- • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams, maintaining high standards of client service and confidentiality
- • Collaborate with teammates to prioritize and manage competing administrative demands, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and proactively propose or implement solutions to improve processes and reduce friction for legal teams
- • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client data, adhering to all data protection and regulatory standards in legal practice
- • Support day-to-day office operations including document management, recordkeeping, and coordination between legal and support functions
- • Participate in monthly in-person meetings at the Poole office, contributing to team cohesion and operational alignment
- • Act as an ambassador for Woodstock Legal Services’ people-first culture by embodying professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to improving legal service delivery through technology
- • Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where administrative excellence directly impacts the ability of lawyers to focus on client outcomes
- • Embrace continuous learning about legal compliance standards, digital tools (Legl, LEAP), and evolving industry practices to enhance support effectiveness
- • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving client experience, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction within the Lawhive Group

- • Experience working within an admin, operational or customer support role
- • A genuine love of organisation, detail, and process
- • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure and confident in resolving issues quickly
- • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests at once
- • Proactive; takes ownership, spots gaps, and acts on them
- • Professional, discreet, and reliable, especially with sensitive client data
