- • Craft and execute a data-driven territory plan that blends account-based marketing, channel alliances, and executive events to penetrate greenfield logos while simultaneously expanding existing accounts through multi-product upsells and cross-sells.
- • Run consultative discovery workshops that map Freshworks’ unified CX + IT + HR platform to measurable business outcomes (e.g., 30 % faster ticket resolution, 25 % lower churn, 40 % agent productivity lift) and build compelling ROI models that accelerate executive buy-in.
- • Orchestrate virtual and on-site proof-of-value engagements, coordinating pre-sales architects, product specialists, and customer success to deliver tailored demos, custom integrations, and success roadmaps that de-risk large-scale rollouts.
- • Negotiate complex, multi-year subscription agreements (ACV $250K–$2M+) that include tiered pricing, ramp schedules, global deployment rights, and professional-services packages—ensuring mutual value and long-term expansion potential.
- • Maintain a rigorously clean CRM (Salesforce) with accurate forecasting, stage progression, MEDDPICC notes, and competitive intelligence, enabling predictable revenue reporting to APAC leadership and global board reviews.
- • Mentor junior reps and SDRs on enterprise selling best practices, sharing call recordings, objection-handling playbooks, and win-loss analyses to elevate the entire Singapore pod’s performance.
- • Travel up to 30 % across ASEAN to attend customer QBRs, industry summits, and partner briefings, acting as the face of Freshworks and gathering market feedback to influence regional roadmap priorities.
- • Collaborate with marketing to co-author thought-leadership content, speak at webinars, and host executive roundtables that position Freshworks as the visionary leader in modern, AI-powered SaaS.
- • Champion customer advocacy by converting successful deployments into reference stories, case studies, and G2 reviews that fuel pipeline velocity and shorten sales cycles for future prospects.
- • Continuously refine competitive battle cards, pricing strategies, and vertical-specific messaging (finance, retail, logistics, public sector) to stay ahead of legacy incumbents and emerging challengers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent top-10 % performance and proven ability to close deals ≥ $250K ACV.
- • Demonstrated success selling multi-product platform solutions to C-level stakeholders across IT, Customer Experience, and HR functions.
- • Fluent in MEDDPICC or similar value-selling methodology; expert-level Salesforce hygiene and forecasting accuracy within 10 % variance.
- • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to boards, writing bespoke business cases, and leading workshops with 20+ attendees.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or regional language fluency (Mandarin, Bahasa) is a strong plus.
