- • Lead the establishment of AirOps' first EMEA office in London as a founding Account Executive, building the go-to-market strategy from zero for a high-growth AI startup.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, closing, and managing personal quota while simultaneously recruiting, onboarding, and leading the first cohort of EMEA Account Executives.
- • Design and execute regional sales strategy across UK, DACH, Nordics, and Southern Europe, adapting proven US playbook to local markets with tailored territory mapping and pricing feedback.
- • Build direct relationships with C-level buyers across diverse European markets, navigate varying buying cycles, and serve as the primary liaison between European customers and product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- • Ensure forecast integrity by maintaining real-time pipeline accuracy for both personal and team deals to support business planning and scalability.
- • Operate in a high-autonomy, hybrid environment as a player-coach, thriving in ambiguity while establishing culture, hiring standards, and operating rhythms for a new team.
- • Contribute to AirOps’ mission of helping brands succeed in AI-driven discovery by selling a platform that enables marketers to create authoritative, on-brand content that earns AI citations and human trust.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- • 2+ years in sales leadership or player-coach role, preferably at a Series A/B startup where you built a team or motion from scratch.
- • Proven success launching a new territory or scaling a sales team from zero within EMEA, with deep understanding of regional market differences.
- • Ability to sell to and engage C-level decision makers, knowing when to personally own deals versus delegate.
- • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments, with experience building processes and teams while actively selling.
- • Ability to work independently in a hybrid London-based role supporting a US-headquartered organization.
