- • As a Lead - Account Executive at Zenoti, you will drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into closed deals and generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting in the beauty and wellness SaaS market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, collaborating with technical and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding, upselling to existing accounts, and partnering with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation strategies.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic business acumen, deepen expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, and build long-term customer relationships while contributing to Zenoti’s mission of helping salons, spas, and fitness studios thrive through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of strong relevant experience in customer-facing technology sales or inside sales representative roles in SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise client segments
- • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business or any relevant discipline; MBA preferred
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain credibility and trust with customers
- • Experience working with small to mid-level sized companies and comfort with virtual customer interactions (some travel may be required)
- • Knowledge of sales processes and adherence to established methodologies, including account management and 360 problem-solving
- • Experience in or understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, and/or beauty & wellness industry is a BIG PLUS
