- • Lead - Account Executive (SaaS Sales) at Zenoti, Inc. is a consultative sales role focused on driving transformative change for beauty and wellness businesses through Zenoti’s all-in-one cloud-based platform. The role matters because it directly contributes to scaling a $1B+ unicorn company that empowers salons, spas, and fitness studios worldwide to streamline operations, improve retention, and grow revenue.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will lead insight-driven discovery, tailor messaging to prospect goals, own the full sales cycle from qualification to signature, build strategic pipeline via outbound prospecting, collaborate with SDRs and Technical Sales Engineers, create urgency using business cases and customer stories, ensure smooth handoff to implementation and customer success teams, re-engage existing customers for upsell opportunities, and influence sales strategy by sharing field feedback with leadership and peers.

- • In this role, the Account Executive will deepen expertise in consultative selling, master the Challenger Sales methodology, develop multi-threaded sales execution in SMB and franchise markets, strengthen business acumen to quantify ROI, and grow as a strategic advisor who influences product and go-to-market strategy while building long-term customer relationships in a high-impact, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- • Experience selling into small to mid-sized businesses, ideally in a multi-location or franchise model
- • Direct experience using the Challenger Sales methodology or a similar insight-driven approach
- • Ability to lead a multi-threaded sales process involving both operational and executive stakeholders
- • Strong business acumen—you can reframe customer challenges, quantify impact, and align Zenoti’s platform to deliver ROI
- • Comfortable generating your own pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and marketing, not just relying on inbound
